Duties:As Director of Human Resources, you will supervise a team of HR professionals as you provide leadership and guidance in a variety of functional areas to include:

• Employee Relations and Workplace Culture
• Training and Development
• Safety and Worker’s Compensation
• Talent Development and Succession
Planning
• HR Policy and Labor Law Compliance
• Employee Wellness Programs
• Employee Recruitment and Retention
• Performance Management
• Compensation and Benefits
Qualifications:• 8 - 10 years’ HR management experience in a senior-level organizational HR role
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field
• Experience in manufacturing environment preferred
• Track record of success in HR leadership roles with supervisory responsibilities
• Expert knowledge of applicable laws, regulations and trends
• Strong background in plant safety and worker’s compensation management
• Experience developing and implementing impactful health and wellness programs
• A demonstrated leader who inspires others to action and drives employee engagement
• Strong team building, facilitation and collaborative relationship-building skills
• Skilled at conceptualizing big picture strategies and translating into actionable plans that deliver results
• Experience with organizational and talent development strategies
• Community-minded with desire to participate in civic, community and professional organizations
• Strong knowledge of applicable computer systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• SPHR or PHR certification preferred
